9. Payments and Escrow
Payments for services on the Platform are processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe, or other authorized payment providers selected by Dreamers Labs Group LLC.
The Dreamers uses an escrow-style payment system designed to protect both clients and creators.
Standard Payment Flow
- The client submits payment for a project or service through the Platform.
- The payment is securely held by the payment processor or escrow system.
- The creator performs the agreed work and delivers the project deliverables through the Platform.
- The client reviews the delivered work.
- Upon client approval, or after the applicable review period has expired, the payment is released to the creator, minus applicable platform fees.
Payments must be made through the Platform unless otherwise authorized by Dreamers Labs Group LLC.
Payment Authorization
By submitting payment through the Platform, the client authorizes Dreamers Labs Group LLC and its payment processors to:

Users agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor when using payment services through the Platform.
10. Milestone Payments
For larger or more complex projects, payments on The Dreamers Platform may be divided into milestones.
A milestone represents a defined stage or deliverable within a project and has a specific payment amount associated with that stage.
Examples of milestone structures may include:
- Milestone 1 — Concept or planning phase
- Milestone 2 — Draft work or preliminary deliverables
- Milestone 3 — Final deliverables and project completion
Milestone Funding
Before work begins on a milestone, the client must submit the corresponding milestone payment through the Platform. Funds for each milestone will be held in escrow by the payment processor until the milestone is completed and approved.
Creators are not required to begin work on a milestone until the corresponding milestone payment has been secured in escrow.
Milestone Approval
Once a creator delivers the milestone work through the Platform, the client will have a reasonable review period to:
- approve the milestone
- request revisions within the agreed project scope
- initiate a dispute if the deliverables do not meet the agreed requirements
If the client approves the milestone, the funds held in escrow for that milestone will be released to the creator, minus applicable platform fees.
If the client does not respond within the review period specified by the Platform, the milestone may be automatically considered approved, and payment may be released.
Milestone Disputes
If a dispute arises regarding a milestone, Dreamers Labs Group LLC may review the project materials, communications between users, and evidence of work completed in order to determine how the milestone funds should be distributed.
Each milestone is evaluated independently. Disputes regarding one milestone do not automatically affect other milestones within the same project unless determined necessary by the Platform.
11. Platform Fees
Dreamers Labs Group LLC charges marketplace service fees for transactions conducted through The Dreamers Platform.
Creator Fee
Creators agree to pay a platform commission of twenty percent (20%) on payments received for services completed through the Platform.
This fee will be automatically deducted from the creator's payout before funds are released.
Client Fee
Clients agree to pay a service fee of five percent (5%) of the total project amount when submitting payments through the Platform.
The client service fee is charged at the time the payment is made.
Fee Calculation
Platform fees are calculated based on the total transaction amount associated with a project or milestone, excluding any applicable taxes or payment processing fees where required by law.
All applicable fees will be displayed to users before payment is finalized.
Fee Changes
Dreamers Labs Group LLC reserves the right to modify platform fees at any time.
If fees change, the updated fee structure will apply only to new transactions initiated after the change takes effect.
Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated fee structure.
Taxes and Additional Charges
Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, bank fees, or payment processing charges associated with transactions conducted through the Platform.
Dreamers Labs Group LLC does not guarantee that fees charged by third-party financial institutions or payment processors will remain constant.

Users agree that the availability and timing of payments may depend on third-party payment processor operations and financial institution policies.

Failure to provide requested verification information may result in delays, restrictions, or suspension of payment capabilities on the Platform.
13. Tax Responsibility

This may include, but is not limited to:

- sales or local taxes
- any other applicable national, regional, or local taxes

Where required by law, Dreamers Labs Group LLC or its payment processors may collect tax documentation from creators, including identity verification or tax reporting forms.
Dreamers Labs Group LLC does not provide tax advice. Users are encouraged to consult qualified tax professionals regarding their tax obligations related to income earned through the Platform.
14. Project Dispute Process
The Dreamers Platform is designed to facilitate collaboration between clients and creators. In the event of a disagreement regarding a project, users are expected to make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue directly through the Platform's communication tools.
If the parties cannot resolve the issue independently, the following dispute resolution process may apply.
Stage 1 — Revision Request
If the client believes that the delivered work does not meet the agreed project requirements, the client may request revisions within the scope of the original project agreement.
Creators are expected to make reasonable efforts to address revision requests that fall within the originally agreed scope of work.
Requests for additional work outside the agreed project scope may require a new agreement or additional payment.
Stage 2 — Cancellation Request
If the issue cannot be resolved through revisions, either the client or the creator may request project cancellation through the Platform.
Cancellation requests may be reviewed by Dreamers Labs Group LLC, which may consider the status of the project, communications between the parties, and evidence of work completed.
Stage 3 — Platform Review
If a dispute remains unresolved, Dreamers Labs Group LLC may conduct a review of the project. This review may include consideration of:
- the original project description and scope of work
- communications exchanged through the Platform
- delivered files or work product
- documented progress or drafts provided by the creator
- other relevant evidence submitted by the parties
After reviewing the available information, Dreamers Labs Group LLC may determine how the escrow funds associated with the project should be distributed.
Possible outcomes may include:
- release of funds to the creator
- full refund to the client
- partial distribution of funds between the parties
Dreamers Labs Group LLC reserves the right, but not the obligation, to mediate disputes between users. Decisions regarding the distribution of escrow funds made by the Company within the Platform's dispute process shall be considered final within the Platform.
15. Cancellations
Project cancellations may occur under certain circumstances. The Dreamers Platform provides a structured cancellation process designed to protect both creators and clients.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a client cancels a project before the creator has begun work, the client may receive a full refund of the project amount held in escrow, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider.
Cancellation After Work Has Begun
If the creator has already begun work on the project, refunds may be partial or denied depending on the amount of work completed.
When evaluating cancellation requests after work has begun, Dreamers Labs Group LLC may consider:
- evidence of work progress
- communications between the client and creator
- drafts or partial deliverables
- the scope of the original project agreement
In such cases, escrow funds may be distributed proportionally between the client and creator based on the work completed.
Creator Cancellation
If a creator cancels a project after accepting it, the client will generally receive a full refund of the funds held in escrow.
Repeated cancellations by creators may result in account restrictions or suspension.
Platform-Initiated Cancellation
Dreamers Labs Group LLC reserves the right to cancel projects in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- suspected fraud or abuse
- violations of platform policies
- illegal or prohibited project requests
- disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties
In such cases, the Company may determine how escrow funds are distributed between the client and the creator.
Abuse of the Cancellation System
Users may not abuse the cancellation process in order to avoid payment or exploit other users.
Examples of cancellation abuse include:
- repeatedly cancelling projects after substantial work has been completed
- cancelling projects in bad faith after receiving usable work
- using cancellation threats to pressure creators into providing additional unpaid work
Dreamers Labs Group LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in cancellation abuse.
16. Refunds
Refunds may be issued in certain circumstances in accordance with these Terms of Service and the Platform's dispute and cancellation procedures.
Refund requests must be submitted through the Platform and may be reviewed by Dreamers Labs Group LLC.
Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be issued in situations including, but not limited to:
- a creator fails to deliver the agreed work within the project timeframe without reasonable justification
- delivered work substantially fails to match the agreed project scope or requirements
- the project violates Platform policies or applicable laws
- fraudulent activity is detected
- a creator cancels the project after accepting it
Partial Refunds
In cases where work has already been partially completed, Dreamers Labs Group LLC may determine that a partial refund is appropriate.
In such cases, escrow funds may be divided between the client and creator based on the portion of the project that has been completed.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be denied in circumstances including:
- the client has approved the final deliverables
- the client fails to respond during the review period and the project is automatically approved
- the client requests work outside the originally agreed scope and refuses to pay additional fees
- disputes based solely on subjective preferences when the delivered work meets the agreed requirements
Platform Authority
Dreamers Labs Group LLC reserves the right to review refund requests and determine the appropriate outcome based on the information available, including communications between users, project descriptions, and evidence of work completed.
Decisions regarding the distribution of escrow funds made by Dreamers Labs Group LLC within the Platform's dispute and refund process shall be considered final within the Platform.
17. Intellectual Property
Ownership of Deliverables
Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the client and the creator, the creator retains ownership of the intellectual property rights in the work they produce until full payment for the project has been received.
Upon full payment of the agreed project amount through the Platform, the client is granted a commercial license to use the final deliverable for its intended purpose.
